We are happy to advise you on all legal matters related to German-Vietnamese contexts. Below, we will only present the current focus points of our activities. However, you are welcome to approach us with any concerns.
The Residence Act in Germany regulates the legal residence of foreigners. It encompasses residence permits, visas, registration obligations, asylum procedures, and deportations. Foreigners must adhere to the legal provisions, which are established through administrative acts such as residence permits or tolerances. Unlike asylum law, residence law always requires the existence of a purpose for residence. Often, communication with the foreigner authorities is very difficult (the same documents are requested repeatedly, no feedback is provided, excessively high requirements are demanded, etc.). We have extensive experience in dealing with the foreigner authorities and regularly and unsolicitedly follow up with them until we have found a satisfactory solution for you.
Employment law protects the individual employee and regulates the activities of employee representatives: Sources of employment law, labor jurisdiction, labor procedural law.
